Fruit Logistica 2010  has nominated Polymer Logistics’ Dynamic Shipper - collapsible box on wheels with raising floor

 The fruit trade trade show has nominated the Dynamic Shipper from Polymer Logistics for its Product Innovation Award. The Dynamic Shipper is a collapsible box on wheels with an rising floor made of polypropylene.

The box floor adjusts automatically to the load factor, so that the weight of the produce results in the top layer being almost always level. This is a relief for the packing house staff who can effectively fill the boxes without bending over too much. Since the Dynamic Shipper is also an attractive display, the consumer at the Point-of-Sale doesn’t have to strain his back to choose his purchase, but can serve himself as from a regular shelf.

Recent tests have shown the promotional impact of the Dynamic Shippers. Sales increased by up to 11% and an additional 2% less produce had to be discarded due to higher turnover rate.

The dimensions of the Dynamic Shipper are:

80 x 60 x 105 cm Or 80 x 60 x 60.5 cm folded

Its net weight is 26kg and carries up to 250kg

It can withstand temperatures from -20 to +50 degrees Celsius.

The Dynamic Shipper can be labeled and color, as the customer wishes.
