Gideon Feiner, CEO

Gideon Feiner is the CEO of the Group and the former Marketing Director of General Electric Plastics, Europe (“GEP”). Mr. Feiner’s responsibility at GEP was for the marketing of resins and was part of the GEP executive board. Prior to this role, Mr. Feiner was director of recycling operations at GEP, responsible for GEP initiatives to create “second life” to primarily material handling applications. In 1987, he co-founded ZAG Industries Ltd. together with Aharon Eden and Zvi Yemini. Mr. Feiner brings 23 years of experience in the plastics manufacturing and marketing business to the Company. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Tel Aviv University.

James Allen Vangelos, USA

Jim Vangelos is former President and CEO of Orbis Containers in the USA. Previously Mr. Vangelos served as CHEP USA Vice President Wal*Mart Team and Produce Team. In addition he launched the RPC & Pallet Business at CHEP in the produce arena.

Laura Sabbadini, Italy

After a six years experience in the semiconductor sector for USA companies, Laura Sabbadini has been the former Sales and Marketing Director for the largest Italian fresh produce company. Before joining Polymer Logistics, Laura Sabbadini worked for eleven years with CHEP, a worldwide provider of pallets and container pooling services, as a manager in Customer Service, Retailer Relations, and Business Development. Ms. Sabbadini has completed courses in sales management and general management at Bocconi University in Milan.

Adrian Dale, UK

Adrian Dale joined in May 2010 from LINPAC Group where he was instrumental in the development of Retail Ready Packaging (RRP) in UK Retail, including the Maxinest system. Later as Commercial Director he led the Retail team developing the concept across Europe. He previously worked in Liquid Packaging for the Plysu Group for 10 years in both the UK and Belgium, and prior to this he was part of the David S Smith Group.
He graduated in European Studies and holds a Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Jurgen Van Herp, Benelux & Germany

Jürgen van Herp is the former Sales & Marketing Director of the Dutch-Turkish company ReBu, a leading company in refurbishing flexible packing. Before working for ReBu he worked for 12 years at GE Plastics at various departments in the field of sales and new business development. He has a degree in Marketing of the University of Heerlen.

Ran Shavit, Area Manager ROW

Ran Shavit joined the Company in November 2004. He is the former VP Sales & Marketing at MVT (Multi Vision Technologies).

Previously Ran Shavit was Director Sales for 5 years at Comverse Network Systems.

He holds his BSC in Economics and Science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Dana Gerner, President and Pool Management Director

Dana Gerner joined the company in February 2000 and is the former CFO of the company.

Ms. Gerner is the former CFO of Leiman Schlussel Ltd., an Israeli confectionery importer, and Mimsar, Ltd., a former publicly listed Israeli company.

Ms. Gerner was previously a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young, Israel. She holds her B.A. in Economics and Accounting from Tel Aviv University and she also holds an MBA from Swineburne University of Technology, Australia (Israeli branch).

Danit Cohen, CFO

Danit Cohen joined the Company in September 2004 and is the former International Senior Controller of the Company.

Ms. Cohen was previously a Manager at Ernst & Young, Israel.
She holds her BA in Economics and Accounting from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an MA in Law Studies from Bar Ilan University.

Guy Brokman, VP Products

Guy Brokman joined the Company in September 2009.
Guy Brokman is the former CEO of Polygal Products Ltd., an Israeli plastic extrusion company, part of the Keter group.
Mr. Brokman was previously a plant manager of Plassel Molds Ltd., an injection molds factory, part of Iscar group, He was also a partner and the operation manager of Albro plastics industries Ltd., high performance injection molds.
Mr. Brokman brings 17 years of experience in the design and plastics manufacturing business to the Company.
He is graduated from the prestigious entrepreneurial project of Stef Wertheimer.

Yael Zimmerman Tomer, HR Manager

Yael Zimmerman Tomer is the HR Manager of the Group since 2008. From 2000, she was successively the HR Manager of the Projects Division and the Israeli North Branch of Baran Group (first engineering company in Israel).
She holds a BA in Classical Studies from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a Diploma in Translation from Bar Ilan University. She is also graduated in Group Conducting from the Haifa University.
